Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At VOLUME MD, we understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

Late Arrivals

Your time is valuable, and so is ours. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, it will need to be rescheduled. We reserve the right to decline future appointments for patients who repeatedly disregard our cancellation policy. Our providers are often booked weeks or even months in advance, and last-minute cancellations prevent us from accommodating other patients on our waiting list. We appreciate your understanding, as this policy helps us maintain the highest quality of care for all our patients.

Refund Policy

All services and treatments at VOLUME MD are non-refundable. Results from aesthetic treatments can vary between individuals. While certain follow-up touch-ups may be included, any additional treatments needed to achieve your desired outcome will be charged as separate procedures.

Children Policy

While we adore children, we kindly ask that you arrange childcare prior to your appointment at VOLUME MD. This ensures a safe and serene environment for you and other clients. We please ask not to leave your child or children alone in the waiting room.

Pet Policy

For the health and safety of all our patients, we request that pets be left at home when visiting VOLUME MD. If a non-service animal is brought to the office, you will be asked to remove the animal before your appointment. Service animals are, of course, welcome, but we ask that you provide valid documentation to avoid any inconvenience.

At VOLUME MD, we accept all major credit cards and cash. We accept Care Credit. Please not that credit card and Care Credit transactions will result in a 3% charge fee. We do not accept Zelle or Cashapp. Please note that all prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Your satisfaction is our top priority at VOLUME MD. We take pride in the quality of our services. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your service, please inform us within 48 hours. We will make every effort to ensure your happiness.

Spa Policy

To fully enjoy your experience at VOLUME MD, we recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your scheduled treatment. Our appointment times are carefully planned to provide the best possible experience. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled.
